我国音乐教师的培养模式一直都在改革,也培养了不少优秀的音乐教师,但仍不能满足社会对音乐教师教育的期望,其核心问题除教育观念存在差距外,具体表现在课程建设上成效不够显著,音乐教育理论研究不够深入,有影响的理论建树不多,更为突出的是人才培养训练范式上缺乏专业特色,而且这方面的研究没有引起广泛的重视,因此,必须进行大胆改革,创造出符合我国音乐教师教育培养目标的人才培养范式。本文结合我院多年来的改革实践,探寻地方本科院校在高等教育大众化和本科教育多样化
The training model of music teachers in our country has been reformed all the time and trained a lot of excellent music teachers, but still can not meet the social expectation of music teacher education.
