目的探讨延颈髓肿瘤病人的运动诱发电位(MEP)变化规律方法对经磁共振成像(MRI)证实的20例延颈髓肿瘤病人进行了电刺激运动诱发电位测试,其中12例术后进行了复查。结果延颈髓肿瘤病人MEP的中枢运动传导时间(CMCT)延长,异常率为100%(20/20),肌力减退愈重,MEP异常愈显著,腹侧肿瘤的MEP异常较侧后方肿瘤的MEP异常更显著,MEP的改变与肌力的改变明显相关。结论MEP改变较临床评估更为敏感,且能反映运动功能的损害程度;MEP可预测预后,能作为评估手术效果的客观指标。
Objective To investigate the change rule of motor evoked potentials (MEP) in patients with cervical spinal cord tumor.Methods Twenty patients with cervical cord tumor confirmed by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) were subjected to electrical stimulation motor evoked potentials test. Twelve of them were performed postoperatively Review. Results The median movement time (CMCT) of MEP was prolonged in patients with delayed cervical spinal cord tumor. The abnormal rate was 100% (20/20). The more severe muscle weakness was, the more obvious MEP was abnormal. The abnormal MEP in ventral tumors was more severe than that in lateral posterior tumors MEP abnormalities more significant, MEP changes and changes in muscle strength was significantly correlated. Conclusions MEP changes are more sensitive than clinical evaluation, and can reflect the degree of impairment of motor function. MEP can predict the prognosis and can be used as an objective index to evaluate the effect of surgery.
