目的:评价肝脏疾病因素对双螺旋CT门脉血管成像(DSCTP)质量的影响。材料与方法:97例患者进行了DSCTP成像,其中肝脏CT扫描正常或相对轻度异常者62例(甲组),肝脏病变较严重者35例(乙组)。螺距(pitch)为1~1.5,层厚为2.5~5mm。采用MIP法重建DSCTP影像。比较甲乙两组DSCTP影像质量。结果:在DSCTP图像质量方面,甲组优于乙组,即肝硬化、门脉高压、巨块型肝癌或弥漫型肝癌、门脉栓塞等,门脉成像质量差。结论:肝脏疾患可影响门脉强化或使门脉管径变细,使螺旋CT门脉成像质量下降
Objective: To evaluate the effect of liver disease on the quality of double-helical CT portal venography (DSCTP). MATERIALS AND METHODS: Ninety-seven patients underwent DSCTP, of which 62 (group A) had normal or mild liver CT scan and 35 had severe liver lesion (group B). Pitch is 1 ~ 1.5, thickness is 2.5 ~ 5mm. Reconstruction of DSCTP images by MIP method. Comparison of A and B DSCTP image quality. Results: In DSCTP image quality, group A was better than group B, namely, cirrhosis, portal hypertension, bulky hepatocellular carcinoma or diffuse hepatocellular carcinoma and portal vein embolism. The portal vein imaging quality was poor. Conclusion: Hepatic disorders may affect the enhancement of portal vein or make the diameter of portal vein thinner, so that the imaging quality of spiral CT portal vein is decreased
