为了比较不同高炉砖衬的抗锌能力,选用炭砖、高铝砖进行了锌与高炉砖衬反应的试验研究。试验结果表明:1)1 100℃、920℃及锌先扩散渗透后氧化试验结果均表明,锌与高铝砖发生化学反应,对高铝砖有较强的破坏作用,对炭砖的破坏作用则比较小;2)对2种高锌含量炭砖抗碱试验表明,2种炭砖抗碱性极差,说明锌的存在对炭砖的碱侵蚀有较强的促进作用;3)锌氧化试验结果表明,锌在500~1 100℃范围内,在二氧化碳气氛下,可以发生氧化反应生成氧化锌,产生体积膨胀,导致高炉砖衬的破坏。
In order to compare the anti-zinc abilities of different linings of blast furnace, carbon brick and high-alumina bricks were used to study the reaction of zinc and blast furnace bricks. The results show that: 1) The results of oxidation tests at 1 100 ℃, 920 ℃ and zinc diffusion before and after permeation indicate that the chemical reaction between zinc and alumina brick has a strong destructive effect on alumina brick and the destructive effect on carbon brick 2) Alkali resistance tests on two kinds of high-content carbon bricks showed that the two kinds of carbon bricks showed extremely poor resistance to alkaline, indicating that the presence of zinc strongly promoted alkali erosion of carbon bricks; and 3) The experimental results show that zinc can oxidize to produce zinc oxide in the range of 500-1 100 ℃ under carbon dioxide atmosphere, resulting in volume expansion, resulting in the destruction of the brick lining of the blast furnace.
