本文报告经尿道电切术治疗女性膀胱颈梗阻４２例，全组病例用尿流率参数测定和随访半年至３年，取得了满意的疗效。本文对其诊断、病因及治疗方法进行讨论。 In this paper, 42 cases of female bladder neck obstruction were treated by transurethral resection of the bladder. All patients were measured with uroflow parameters and followed up for 6 months to 3 years. Satisfactory curative effect was obtained. This article discusses its diagnosis, etiology and treatment.
