针对油田所使用的有杆采油设备断续出油造成的设备利用率低、耗电量高、上下冲程中抽油杆交变载荷运行不平稳等诸多问题,研制了一种高效双向抽油机及配套抽油泵。该抽油机在上下冲程中,同步带动2台井下抽油泵运动,在1个循环工作周期内1台泵处于抽油状态,另1台泵处于吸油状态,实现井口连续出油。通过2台井下抽油泵同步反向运动使抽油机工作载荷平稳,达到连续抽油、小机型大冲程、平衡抽吸载荷、提高工作效率及设备利用率的目的。制作了高效双抽油机及井下配套抽油泵的试验样机,通过试验验证了设计的合理性与可行性。
