目的了解北京市西城区中学生骑车行为现状及骑车违规行为影响因素,为制定干预措施提供科学依据。方法依据教学质量和学校类型,随机选取北京市西城区9所学校中学生1 940名。利用“青少年健康相关行为调查问卷”中的骑车相关行为及相关数据进行流行病学描述性研究。结果中学生骑车违规行为报告率为34.5%,分别有15.9%,4.4%,8.1%,23.1%,9.1%,14.8%的学生骑车双手离把、攀附其他车辆、追逐打闹、逆行、带人、闯红灯(乱闯马路)。骑车违规行为危险度男生为女生2.0倍,高中生为初中生1.6倍,职高生分别为普通中学生、重点中学生的1.5,1.8倍;成绩较差学生为成绩良好学生的1.3倍。结论中学生骑车违规行为报告率较高,男生、高中生、职高学生、成绩较差学生是高危人群。学校、家庭和社会应共同努力,提高青少年自我保护能力,减少和控制交通伤害发生。
Objective To understand the current situation of bicycling behavior of middle school students in Xicheng District of Beijing and the influencing factors of cycling irregularities and to provide a scientific basis for formulating intervention measures. Methods Based on teaching quality and school type, 1,940 middle school students from 9 schools in Xicheng District of Beijing were randomly selected. Epidemiological descriptive studies were performed using cycling-related behaviors and related data in the Questionnaire on Adolescent Health-Related Behavior. Results The reported rate of secondary school students’ cycling irregularities was 34.5%, with 15.9%, 4.4%, 8.1%, 23.1%, 9.1% and 14.8% respectively. Students rode their hands and clipped other vehicles, chasing slapstick, retrograde, People, running a red light (chaos break the road). The risk of irregular bicycle riding was 2.0 times for boys, 1.6 times for high school students, 1.5 times for normal middle school students and 1.5% for middle school students, respectively. The poor students were 1.3 times as good as those who did not. Conclusions The report rate of high school students’ biking violation is high. Male students, high school students, vocational high school students and poor students are the high risk groups. Schools, families and the community should make concerted efforts to increase the self-protection capacity of young people and reduce and control traffic injuries.
