本文通过对1987年3月至1990年2月110例双胎不同先露经阴道分娩临床资料比较,分析阴道分娩双胎儿的临床结局。临床资料上述期间在我院阴道分娩、产前均为活胎的双胎110例,占同期双胎分娩总数213例的51.64％。其中初产妇92例,平均年龄25.8岁(22～33岁);经产妇18例,平均年龄30.5岁(26～40岁)。分娩时孕龄分布:30周～26例、34周～34例、37周～49例、≥42周1例。
In this paper, from March 1987 to February 1990, 110 cases of twin births of different vaginal delivery of clinical data comparison analysis of vaginal delivery of twin fetuses clinical outcomes. Clinical data During the period of vaginal delivery in our hospital during pregnancy, prenatal were alive twins of 110 cases, accounting for 51.64% of the total number of twins during the same period 213 cases. Among them, 92 cases of primipara, with an average age of 25.8 years (22-33 years); 18 cases of maternal age, the average age of 30.5 years (26-40 years). Distribution of gestational age at delivery: 30 weeks to 26 cases, 34 weeks to 34 cases, 37 weeks to 49 cases, ≥ 42 weeks in 1 case.
