本文简要回顾了“十一五”期间油田污水及注水系统改造、完善等建设历程,阐述了当前污水处理工艺及系统能力布局存在的主要问题,并根据开发部门的预测,本着“当前与长远相互结合,地上与地下整体优化”的原则,重点对“十二五”期间污水、注水系统将面临的形势和矛盾从系统工艺、能力布局及供注水平衡等角度进行了适应性分析,同时根据分析结果给出了建议:污水处理系统进一步完善调水管网,建立北水南调、中水侧引、边水中纳的灵活调水机制,积极采用新工艺、新技术促进普通污水站向深度污水站转型和升级;大区域连通与小区域封闭并举等措施,通过这些措施将使油田水系统在“十二五”期间达到负荷均衡、供注平衡、运行平稳,为油田“高效益、可持续、有保障”原油持续稳产提供可靠保障。
