介绍了广州金融城某地块地下室的基础和结构设计。对抗拔锚杆方案的影响因素进行量化分析,为抗浮设计的优化提供依据。详细分析了地下室超长混凝土结构在考虑混凝土收缩和使用阶段温差情况下的应力情况,并根据分析结果采取针对性的设计工作。为节省工期,采用跳层施工方案,设计中采取相应的构造措施并进行施工阶段验算,确保了方案合理可行。
The basement and structure design of the basement of a block of Guangzhou City is introduced. The influencing factors of anti-pull bolt program are quantitatively analyzed to provide the basis for the optimization of anti-floating design.
