利用高粱转换系与具相同核背景不同细胞质的A_1T_x616、A_2T_x616、A_3T_x616不育系杂文,对F_1植株花粉育性调查表明,三种不同不育细胞质之间存在着明显的差异,A_1与A_2型不育细胞质之间差异较小。A_1、A_2个与A_3型不育细胞质之间差异较大,A_3型不育细胞质的育性反应与A_1和A_2型不育细胞质的育性反应截然不同。三种不育细胞质对F_1代主要农艺性状的影响无明显差异,A_2型不育细胞质可以在高粱杂交种生产中加以利用。找到了恢复A_3型细胞质的恢复源和同时能恢复A_1、A_2、A_3型三种不育细胞质的恢复材料。三种不育细胞质育性恢复机制不同,细胞质对育性反应起决定性作用。
The pollen fertility of F_1 plants was investigated using sorghum transformation lines and A_1T_x616, A_2T_x616 and A_3T_x616 male sterile lines with different cytoplasmic nuclei with the same nuclear background. The results showed that there were significant differences among the three different sterile cytoplasms. However, A_1 and A_2 The difference between the cytoplasm of fertility is smaller. A_1, A_2 and A_3-type sterile cytoplasm differences between the larger A_3-type sterile cytoplasm fertile reaction and A_1 and A_2 sterile cytoplasm fertile reaction is completely different. The effect of three kinds of sterile cytoplasm on the main agronomic traits of F1 was no significant difference. The type A_2 sterile cytoplasm could be used in the production of sorghum hybrid. The recovery materials for recovering A_3 cytoplasm and recovering three kinds of sterile cytoplasm A_1, A_2 and A_3 were found at the same time. The fertility restoration mechanisms of three kinds of sterile cytoplasm are different, and the cytoplasm plays a decisive role in the fertility response.
