本文研究Cu、Fe、Mn、Cr及其氧化物的I_(Lα)/I_(Kα)和I_(Lα)/I_(Lβ)谱线强度比的价态效应,观察到强度比按一定规律随价态而变化,并利用此效应对催化剂的价态进行分析。用此方法分析价态是基于原子的外壳层价电子状态的改变引起谱线强度相应的变化。K_(α1.2),L_(α1.2)和L_(β1)谱线分别产生于K-L_(2.3),L_3-M_(4.5)和L_2-M_4跃迁。强度比变化的规律反映了这些元素的原子,其电子在氧化物成键时发生了转移,Cu的成键电子涉及M_5层;Fe、Mn和Cr的成键电子除涉及M_5层外,还涉及到M_4层。若干催化剂的实例在文中进行了分析。
In this paper, the valence effects of I_ (Lα) / I_ (Kα) and I_ (Lα) / I_ (Lβ) intensity ratios of Cu, Fe, Mn, Cr and their oxides were investigated. Valence and change, and use this effect to analyze the valence of the catalyst. The analysis of valences by this method is based on the change of the valence state of the atom-based shell layer that causes a corresponding change in spectral line intensity. The K_ (α1.2), L_ (α1.2) and L_ (β1) spectra originate from K-L_ (2.3), L_3-M_ (4.5) and L_2-M_4 transitions respectively. Intensity change ratio of the law reflects the atoms of these elements, the electronic shift in the oxide bond occurs, Cu bonding electron involved M_5 layer; Fe, Mn and Cr bonding electrons in addition to involving M_5 layer, but also involves To the M_4 floor. Several examples of catalysts are analyzed in the text.
