碱性介质中,盐酸罂粟碱对鲁米诺-铁氰化钾化学发光体系有显著的增强作用,且在一定范围内,盐酸罂粟碱的浓度与化学发光强度成正比。基于此,建立了流动注射-化学发光法测定盐酸罂粟碱注射液中盐酸罂粟碱的方法,并研究了影响化学发光强度的因素。在最优条件下,测得检出限为1.7μg/mL,线性范围为5.0-200.0μg/mL(r=0.9990),平均回收率为101.3%。该方法已用于盐酸罂粟碱注射液的测定,结果准确可靠。
In alkaline medium, papaverine hydrochloride significantly enhanced the luminol-potassium ferricyanide chemiluminescence system, and within a certain range, the concentration of papaverine hydrochloride is proportional to the chemiluminescence intensity. Based on this, a flow injection - chemiluminescence method was established for the determination of papaverine hydrochloride in papaverine hydrochloride, and the factors affecting the chemiluminescence intensity were studied. Under the optimal conditions, the detection limit was 1.7μg / mL and the linear range was 5.0-200.0μg / mL (r = 0.9990). The average recovery was 101.3%. The method has been used for the determination of papaverine hydrochloride injection, the results are accurate and reliable.
