在小班化教学中,和谐师生关系的建立是小班化教学优势能否得到充分发挥的重要基石。师生关系中潜藏的误区会导致教师表现出过于平均主义、过于民主、忽视人格平的现象。因此,教师在建构师生关系时要正确理解教育平等,构建和谐的师生氛围;优化班级组织管理方式,促进和谐师生关系的建立;注重师生关系中的人格平等,改变传统的师生观。
