“动人心者,必先乎情”。情感对于激发人的潜力,实现个人成长有非常重要的作用。技校生处在青春萌动期,容易产生厌学,缺乏自信,焦虑等情绪。情感激励法作为一种新型的激励法,其效果是显而易见的。为此,本文针对技校生心理状况的调查结果,围绕英语教学,提出了关于师生之间情感的建立,学生自我激励的几点建议,以资借鉴。
“Moving heart, must first love ”. Emotions have a very important role in stimulating people’s potential and achieving personal growth. Technicians in youth adolescence, prone to weariness, lack of confidence, anxiety and other emotions. As a new kind of incentive method, the effect of emotion stimulation is obvious. To this end, this article aims at the survey of psychological status of technical school students, focusing on English teaching, put forward some suggestions on the establishment of emotional relationships between teachers and students, students self-motivation, in order to learn from.
