记者手记:领导力是近年来人力资源管理领域的热门话题。我们此次专访的李峰博士,笔名风里,1988年毕业于北京大学心理系,1998年获香港大学心理学博士学位,曾在国际三大领导力咨询机构任职:分别担任盖洛普(上海)研究总监、美国人事决策公司(PDI)资深领导力顾问、合益集团(Hay Group)中国区领导力测评总监,并创立上海人才有限公司领导力测评和发展业务,现为独立咨询顾问,著有《第一领导力》、《五大品质:卓越领导力心理基因解码》等书。
Reporter’s notes: Leadership is a hot topic in the field of human resources management in recent years. Dr. Li Feng, our pen name in this interview, graduated from Peking University Department of Psychology in 1988 and received his Ph.D. in psychology from the University of Hong Kong in 1998. He has served in three leading international advisory bodies: Gallup (Shanghai) Research Director, Senior Leadership Counselor, PDI, Leadership Assessment Director, China, Hay Group, and Shanghai Leadership Development Co., Ltd. Leadership Assessment and Development, and is an Independent Consultant, “First Leadership”, “Five Quality: Excellent Leadership Psychological Decoding” and other books.
