[目的]观察长白山地区假松茸真菌多糖的最佳提取工艺及体外抗氧化活性.[方法]采用水提取法从假松茸中提取多糖,通过单因素和正交试验确定假松茸多糖的最佳提取工艺.采用Fenton法和邻苯三酚自氧化法观察假松茸多糖的体外抗氧化活性.[结果]假松茸水提取多糖的最佳提取工艺为料液比1∶20,提取温度90℃,提取时间60min,提取次数2次,最高提取率为5.94%.假松茸多糖对羟基自由基·OH和超氧负离子O2-均具有一定的清除作用,且呈剂量依赖性.[结论]长白山地区假松茸真菌多糖具有一定的抗氧化能力,且有量效关系.
[Objective] The research aimed to observe the best extraction technology and anti-oxidative activity of Fusarium polysaccharides in Changbai Mountain area. [Methods] Polysaccharide was extracted from Fusarium matsutake by water extraction method, and the optimum extraction of polysaccharide from Fusarium matsutake was determined by single factor and orthogonal experiment The antioxidant activity of Fusarium matsutake polysaccharides in vitro was observed by Fenton method and pyrogallol autooxidation method. [Result] The optimum extraction conditions of polysaccharides from Matsutake Matsutake were as follows: solid-liquid ratio 1:20, extraction temperature 90 ℃, extraction Time 60min, the number of extraction 2 times, the maximum extraction rate was 5.94% .Pharmatrice polysaccharides have some scavenging effects on hydroxyl radical · OH and superoxide anion O2- in a dose-dependent manner. [Conclusion] Lactobacillus plantarum Fungal polysaccharides have a certain antioxidant capacity, and a dose-effect relationship.
