大力发展职业教育已成为当前就业及再就业的一项重要举措,女性职业教育作为其重要组成部分,也引起社会各界的广泛关注,然而,女性职业教育普遍存在的问题就是人文精神指向的缺失,更多的是关注其职业技能的培训,这在一定程度上影响了女性职业的发展和社会的发展。鉴于此,笔者认为,儒家文化可以作为全面充实女性职业教育的一剂良药。 Vitalizing the development of vocational education has become an important measure of employment and reemployment.
