本文报道了用电感耦合等离子质谱(ICP-MS)测定二氧化钛中18种杂质元素的方法。样品用浓硫酸及固体硫酸铵溶解至清亮后,加入内标元素45Sc1、15In2、05Tl,用内标法直接测定。讨论了二氧化钛的基体效应及钛产生的质谱干扰对测定结果的影响。方法的检出限是0.03~12.0ng/mL,相对标准偏差是1.4~12.5%,加标回收率是92.0%~103%。该法具有简便、快速、灵敏、准确等优点。
In this paper, a method for the determination of 18 impurity elements in titanium dioxide by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) has been reported. Samples with concentrated sulfuric acid and solid ammonium sulfate dissolved to clear, add the internal standard elements 45Sc1, 15In2, 05Tl, directly determined by internal standard method. The effect of the matrix effect of titanium dioxide and the interference of mass spectra generated by titanium on the determination results were discussed. The detection limit of the method was 0.03 ~ 12.0ng / mL, the relative standard deviation was 1.4 ~ 12.5% and the recoveries were 92.0% ~ 103%. The method is simple, fast, sensitive, accurate and so on.
