目的:探讨尿道闭锁经尿道腔内治疗的定位和方法。方法:在C型臂X光机引导下,对11例尿道闭锁患者行等离子电极尿道腔内成形术。结果:11例手术均一次成功。9例排尿通畅,2例因尿道狭窄段较长需定期尿道扩张。结论:X光引导下等离子尿道腔内成形术对尿道球膜部闭锁的治疗简单有效。
Objective: To investigate the location and method of transurethral resection of urethral atresia. Methods: Under the guidance of C - arm X - ray machine, 11 patients with urethral atresia underwent plasma electrode and urethral endoplasty. Results: All the 11 cases were successful. 9 cases of urinary tract patency, 2 cases of urethral stricture required regular urethral dilatation. CONCLUSION: Plasma urethrovascular endoplasty under X-ray guidance is simple and effective for the treatment of urethral atresia.
