提出了一种新的提速列车接近报警方案,它以铁路移动通讯网络(GSM-R)为基础,结合全球定位系统(GPS)和铁路地理信息系统(GIS),实时监测在线运行列车的位置和速度,通过计算机网络汇总数据到报警服务器,由报警服务器向有报警接收设备的报警点发送报警信息。该方案的优势在于可在全铁路范围内实时、动态传送在线运行列车速度、方位,自动推算列车接近时间等报警防护信息,更有效的实现列车安全运行,保障沿线施工人员生命和财产安全。
A new speed-up train approach alarm scheme based on GSM-R combined with global positioning system (GPS) and railway geographic information system (GIS) is proposed to monitor the position of online trains and Speed, through the computer network to summarize the data to the alarm server, the alarm server to the alarm receiving device alarm points to send alarm information. The advantage of this solution lies in real-time and dynamic transmission of alarm protection information such as the speed, orientation and automatic calculation of train approaching time in the realm of the whole railway, more effective realization of safe operation of trains and protection of life and property safety of construction workers along the railway.
