针对高校焊接专业创新人才培养模式进行探索与实践,把握创新教育培养体系的各个环节来整合优化课程体系,采用启发式、讨论式、案例法等多种教学方法并将科研融入教学,增强学生理论联系实际的能力。通过增加综合性实验比重、开展大学生科技创新活动、推进“双证”人才培养模式等途径,培养学生勇于探索的创新精神和工程实践能力,增强就业竞争能力。
This paper explores and practices the cultivation mode of innovative talents in welding specialty in colleges and universities, grasps every aspect of innovation education and training system, integrates and optimizes the curriculum system, adopts teaching methods such as heuristics, discussions, case law and so on, and integrates research into teaching so as to enhance students’ theory Contact with the actual ability.
