已在世界范围内获得专利权的法尔美特公司 (Valmet)的Ecosuc系统——无气体渗透的过滤方法——利用了陶瓷研究方面的进展,其过滤过程的核心部件,即多微孔的过滤元件,与传统的盘式过滤机有本质上的不同。陶瓷过滤介质的孔径大小是能得到非常清的滤液的原因。在水蒸气压附近极高度的真空产生一干燥滤饼,同时大幅度减少了能量消耗。实际上惰性的物质也能使活性悬浮液的脱水成为可能。在斯堪的纳维亚半岛用第一代Ecosuc-15和相应的Ecosuc-03型过滤机在不同的应用领域(矿业、治金、化工)经过三年半的实践后,认为此方法已被充分验证,应予确立。至于扩大其应用范围,如用于无烟煤工业,还需再进行一些基础的研究。
Valmet’s worldwide Ecosuc system - a gas-free filtration method - takes advantage of advances in ceramic research, the core of which is the filtration process, namely the microporous Filter elements, and the traditional disc filter is essentially different.
