目的调查一起野生菌食物中毒事件,确定毒菌类型。方法对2014年6月15日贵州省沿河县2例因腹痛腹泻及多器官衰竭入院治疗患者开展现场流行病学调查,收集分析临床救治资料,对可疑野生菌进行形态学、分子生物学鉴定和毒素检测,确定毒菌种属。结果现场流行病学调查人员在患者描述地点采集到可疑野生菌,并进行形态学和分子生物学ITS序列鉴定,结合中毒者的临床症状,判定为淡红鹅膏菌,其子实体中α-鹅膏毒肽(α-amanitin)含量达到4.13 mg/g干子实体。此类中毒事件在贵州省尚属首次报告。结论该事件是一起村民误食淡红鹅膏菌引起的食物中毒事件,提示今后应在农村地区加强宣传教育,防止类似事件再次发生。
Objective To investigate a wild food poisoning incidents, to determine the type of germs. Methods On June 15, 2014, two epidemiological investigations were conducted in Yanhe County, Guizhou Province, on admission to hospital for treatment of abdominal pain and multiple organ failure. Clinical data were collected and analyzed. Morphological and molecular biological tests were carried out on suspected wild bacteria And toxins detection, to determine the germ species. Results On-site epidemiologists collected suspicious wild-type bacteria at the site of patient’s description and performed morphological and molecular biological ITS sequence identification. Combined with the clinical symptoms of poisoning, The amanitin content reached 4.13 mg / g dry fruiting body. Such poisoning incidents in Guizhou Province is still the first report. Conclusion This incident is a food poisoning incident caused by the villagers’ eating aphids. It suggests that in the future, publicity and education should be stepped up in rural areas to prevent similar incidents from happening again.
