Objective: To study the correlation between caesarean section and children’s allergic diseases and to provide basis for the early prevention and treatment of allergic diseases in children. Methods: From January 2011 to June 2015, 200 children of each of the cesarean section and caesarean section of Jingjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Jingjiang People’s Hospital were surveyed by questionnaire, multivariate linear regression and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to study the relationship between caesarean section and children Allergic diseases. Results: The incidence of allergic diseases in children delivered by caesarean section was about 39.63%, while that of children delivered by cesarean section was about 19.13%. The former was about 2-3 times as much as the latter. The common childhood allergic diseases were infantile eczema, atopic dermatitis (Fish and shrimp and other aquatic products, pollen, milk, eggs, soybeans, peanuts and other food, worms and other parasites, some fruits, some drugs, etc.) caused by irritation, bronchitis, allergic rhinitis, special food intolerance Abdominal pain, abdominal distension, diarrhea), bronchial asthma, allergic cough, allergic conjunctivitis, and others; children with an atopic family history have a 3-fold higher prevalence of allergic diseases than children without an atopic family history; Children within the age of, especially infants less than one year old, are more susceptible. Conclusion: Children with allergic diseases are closely related to caesarean section. Key prevention and intervention should be given to children born by Caesarean section.
