柴油机机体主轴承座在运用中承受着由曲轴传来的复杂的交变载荷,损坏相当严重。据我厂统计,因主轴承座变形或裂纹需进行修理的机体占总修车台数的60~70%。主轴承座损坏后,必然要导致曲轴的严重磨损,缩短柴油机的使用寿命。因此对柴油机机体主轴承座的变形或裂纹应作认真地检查并及时修理。现将我厂对主轴承座的检查情况及所采取的修理方法介绍于下。一、机体主轴承座变形裂纹的一般特征
