讨论了混合成像系统设计中确定结构参数的难点问题;通过系统的评价函数,利用阻尼最小二乘法,在由混合光学系统的结构参数构成的高度非线性空间中寻找出最优解;给出了混合光学系统自动设计时,确定衍射光学元件相位系数行之有效的方法.
The difficulty of determining the structural parameters in the hybrid imaging system was discussed. The optimal solution was found in the highly nonlinear space composed of the structural parameters of the hybrid optical system by using the damping least square method through the evaluation function of the system. Hybrid optical system automatically designed to determine the diffraction optical element phase coefficient effective method.
