本实验以小白鼠为研究对象,探讨色氨酸和亮氨酸对小白鼠运动能力的影响及其互相作用。对小白鼠进行连续一周色氨酸、亮氨酸灌胃后观察其游泳持续时间。结果显示实验组与对照组有显著差异,表明色氨酸对小白鼠有明显的致疲劳作用,亮氨酸对小白鼠有明显的抗疲劳作用,两者同时作用对机体无较大影响。
In this study, we used the mice as the research object to investigate the effects and interactions of tryptophan and leucine on the movement ability of mice. The mice were treated for one week of tryptophan, leucine after gavage observed swimming duration. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group, indicating that tryptophan had obvious fatigue effects on mice, and leucine had obvious anti-fatigue effects on mice. The combination of the two had no significant effect on the body.
