随着社会的发展,生活节奏的加快,精神和心理性疾病日益增多和加重。1984年卫生部统一组织的全国精神病流行病学调查表明,我国精神病患病率不断增长。就世界范围看,心血管病、癌症居第一、二位,精神病已上升到第三、四位。笔者就1986年至1992年7年间我院门诊诊治女大学生精神,心理性疾病情况报道如下。1 资料来源。1989年起对我院门诊病例逐日分类登记,多数病例在本院诊断治疗,少数疑难病例送往怀远荣军精神病院确诊治疗。2 结果2.1 精神、心理性疾病占门诊病例的6.8～8.0%。
With the development of society and the acceleration of life, the mental and psychological diseases have been increasing and exacerbating. A national survey of psychiatric epidemics organized by the Ministry of Health in 1984 shows that the prevalence of mental illness in our country is constantly increasing. As far as the world is concerned, cardiovascular diseases and cancer rank the first and second places. Mental illness has risen to the third and fourth place. The author from 1986 to 1992 7 years in our hospital outpatient diagnosis and treatment of female college students, mental illness reported as follows. 1 Source. Since 1989, our hospital outpatient cases were categorized as a daily classification, the majority of cases were diagnosed and treated in our hospital, and a few rare cases were sent to Huaiyuan Injunational Psychiatric Hospital for diagnosis and treatment. 2 Results 2.1 mental, psychological diseases accounted for 6.8 to 8.0% of outpatient cases.
