传统武术作为中国优秀传统文化海洋中最具魅力的一环,代表着传统文化的核心部分,正以其绚丽的内涵色彩屹立于世界民族文化之林。同样,作为解锁传统文化的密码,武术其壮外强内的健身价值不容忽视。文章运用文献资料法、专家访谈法从运动生理学角度简单探析习练传统武术(太极、形意、八卦)所能带来的健身意义,意为将民族传统体育推向大众健身。
Traditional martial arts, as one of the most attractive parts of China’s excellent traditional culture and ocean, represents the core part of traditional culture. It is standing in the world’s national culture with its magnificent connotation. Similarly, as a password to unlock traditional culture, the value of martial arts in its strong health should not be overlooked. The article uses the method of literature review and expert interviews to simply analyze the fitness meaning of practicing traditional martial arts (Taiji, Xingyi, gossip) from the point of view of sports physiology, which means to push traditional national sports to the mass bodybuilding.
