通过对双曲柄滑块机构传动函数特性的分析,提出了以傅里叶级数作为插值函数、以机构特殊位置点作为插值结点,进而求出传动函数近似展开式的方法。同时,通过对实例的分析说明这种方法具有求解方便、精度高的特点。将这种方法应用于双曲柄滑块机构的运动分析中,有利于对其具有的运动特性以及动力学特性进行更深入的研究,并且,对其它连杆机构的分析也具有指导意义。
Based on the analysis of the transmission function of double crank slider mechanism, the method of using Fourier series as interpolation function and special position point of the mechanism as the interpolation node is proposed to get the approximate expansion of transmission function. At the same time, the analysis of the examples shows that this method has the advantages of convenient solution and high precision. Applying this method to the motion analysis of the double crank slider mechanism is beneficial to the further study of the kinematic and dynamic characteristics of the double crank slider mechanism. Moreover, the analysis of other linkage mechanisms is also instructive.
