本实验观察了大鼠黑质网状部(SNR)微量注射GABA0.2μl(1M)对,黑质Ⅰ、Ⅱ型神经元单位放电的影响。结果如下:(1)在记录的25个Ⅰ型神经元中,有17个单位(68.00%)自发放电频率降低范围88.41%-100.00%,平均降低96.62%±4.01%。(2)在记录的36个Ⅱ型神经元中,有27个单位(79.41%)自发放电频率降低范围43.56%-99.35%,平均降低78.69%±10.13%。结果表明,黑质网状部微量注射GABA能使大多数黑质Ⅰ、Ⅱ型神经元产生明显的抑制作用。
In this study, we observed the effects of microinjection of GABA0.2μl (1M) into substantia nigra mesh (SNR) on the discharges of substantia nigra type I and II neurons. The results were as follows: (1) Among the 25 type Ⅰ neurons recorded, 17 units (68.00%) had a spontaneous firing frequency reduction of 88.41% -100.00% with an average reduction of 96.62% ± 4 .01%. (2) Among the 36 type Ⅱ neurons recorded, 27 units (79.41%) had a spontaneous firing frequency reduction range of 43.56% -99.35% with an average reduction of 78.69% ± 10.13% . The results showed that microinjection of GABA into substantia nigra reticulae could significantly inhibit the majority of substantia nigra neurons of Type I and Type II.
