国内尚无应用动物无蛋白血清治疗消化性溃疡的报告,本文对100例经胃镜检查确诊的消化性溃疡患者。随机分为治疗组(70例)与对照组(30例),分别应用国产猪无蛋白血清与胃舒平治疗。临床观察结果表明:治疗组治愈率为62.9％、好转率25.7％、总有效率88.6％;对照组分别为26.7％、20.0％、46.7％。经统计学处理治疗组与对照组疗效有显著差异(P<0.01),说明猪无蛋白血清是治疗消化性溃疡较好的药物。
No animal application of protein-free serum in the treatment of peptic ulcer report, 100 cases of gastroscopy diagnosed patients with peptic ulcer. The patients were randomly divided into treatment group (70 cases) and control group (30 cases), which were treated with domestic pig protein-free serum and Wei Shuping respectively. The clinical observation showed that the cure rate of the treatment group was 62.9%, the improvement rate was 25.7% and the total effective rate was 88.6%. The control group was 26.7%, 20.0% and 46.7% respectively. There was significant difference (P <0.01) between the treatment group and the control group by statistical analysis, indicating that pig protein-free serum is a good drug for the treatment of peptic ulcer.
