利用葡萄糖中的醛基代替甲醛参与曼尼希反应制得四乙烯五胺/葡萄糖改性木质素胺,考察了合成反应的最优条件为m(葡萄糖):m(四乙烯五胺):m(木质素)=2:2:1,反应温度95℃,反应时间4 h。FTIR测试结果表明葡萄糖和多胺成功接到木质素分子上。考察了多胺/葡萄糖改性木质素胺制备的乳化沥青的应用性能。多胺/葡萄糖改性木质素的乳化能力强,制备的乳化沥青稳定性好,和电荷性强的乳化剂复配后,与石料的粘附性能得到改善。
Tetraethylenepentamine / glucose-modified lignin amines were synthesized by using aldehyde groups in glucose instead of formaldehyde to synthesize tetraethylenepentamine / glucose-modified lignin. The optimum conditions for the synthesis reaction were m (glucose): m (Lignin) = 2: 2: 1, reaction temperature 95 ℃, reaction time 4 h. FTIR test results show that glucose and polyamine successfully connected to lignin molecules. The application performance of emulsified asphalt prepared from polyamine / glucose modified lignin amine was investigated. Polyamine / glucose-modified lignin has strong emulsifying ability, prepared emulsified asphalt has good stability, and the strong charge of the emulsifier compound, the adhesion with the stone improved.
