As a professional group with a special mission and responsibility, leading cadres have distinctive and authoritative characteristics. Leadership authority refers to the leader’s prestige and position in the mind of being the leader. It is an influence formed on the basis of the position power or personality traits. It is also an important influence factor of the leader in realizing leadership value. At present, some leading cadres overextect the leading authority and unilaterally emphasize the importance of leading the authority. Faced with the prerogative of one’s own authority, one-sided thinking is that maintaining the authority is no compromise and the only exception to me. In the process of leadership, they are not sharing their own interests and thinking for the sake of safeguarding their so-called authority and making decisions.
