本文根据土地利用、集聚经济、霍特林原则等理论从供给与需求两个方面讨论了节日、创意城市和文化产业集群以及文化旅游等问题。尽管这些产业的发展带来了城市的发展与提升,但同时也带来了相关的问题,但决策者和其他对推动这些产业有兴趣的人不一定愿意认识这些问题。因此如文化之都、文化区和地理标志等,必需政府采取行动来推动。
Based on the theory of land use, agglomeration economy and Hotelling principle, this paper discusses the issues of festival, creative city, cultural industry cluster and cultural tourism from the aspects of supply and demand. Although the development of these industries has brought the development and promotion of the cities, it also brings related problems. However, policymakers and others who are interested in promoting these industries are not necessarily willing to recognize these problems. Therefore, such as the cultural capital, cultural areas and geographical indications, the government must take action to promote.
