不论学校是否有意识地推动科教融合,与此相关的培养现象和行为在本科生教育中大量存在,并据此将学生分成“科教融合培养的学生(融合类学生)”和“非科教融合培养的学生(非融合类学生)”两大类。通过对“科教融合”培养模式进行操作化定义,并以通化师范学院外语专业的全体学生作为调查研究对象,得出结论:科教融合培养模式能有效提升人才培养质量:融合类学生的学习目标和对专业前景的了解更为清晰;融合类学生的知识与能力的整体增长速度均比非融合类学生高出许多;横向比较评价中,融合类学生对自我知识与能力的评价、对学校的满意度以及对在校所接触到的教师评价也更高。
Regardless of whether the school consciously promote the integration of science and education, the related phenomena and behaviors of cultivation exist in undergraduate education extensively, and divide the students into students of “science and education fusion” (“ Fusion of students (non-fusion students) ”two broad categories. Through the operation definition of “science and education integration” training mode and taking all the foreign students in Tonghua Teachers College as the research object, the conclusion is drawn that the education and training mode can effectively improve the quality of talent training: the integration of students’ learning Goals and professional prospects more clearly; the overall growth rate of knowledge and ability of fusion students are much higher than non-fusion students; the evaluation of self-knowledge and ability of fusion students in horizontal comparative evaluation, Satisfaction and teachers who come into contact with the school are also higher.
