铜(Ⅱ)与1,10-菲咯啉和曙红Y相互作用,在370nm处可见显著的共振光散射增强信号,且增强的散射强度与铜(Ⅱ)的浓度在10.4~127.1ng/mL范围内成线性关系,据此建立了测定铜(Ⅱ)的共振光散射方法,检测限(3σ)为1.0ng/mL.研究了体系酸度、离子强度等影响因素.利用本方法测定了自来水和江水中铜离子,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于3.0%.
Copper (Ⅱ) interacts with 1,10-phenanthroline and eosin Y and shows significant resonance light scattering enhancement signal at 370 nm. The enhanced scattering intensity and copper (Ⅱ) concentration range from 10.4 to 127.1 ng / mL (3σ) was 1.0ng / mL.The influencing factors such as acidity and ionic strength of the system were investigated.Using this method, the determination of tap water and The relative standard deviation (RSD) of copper ions in the river water was less than 3.0%.
