目的 :激光间质热治疗 (Interstitial L aser Therm otherapy,IL TT)是一种侵袭性小的脑肿瘤治疗新方法 ,为查明激光间质热治疗对血脑屏障的影响。方法 :本实验利用伊文思蓝作为示踪剂 ,观察激光间质热治疗后血脑屏障开放范围和程度。结果 :激光间质热治疗后效应灶脑组织伊文思蓝含量立即增加 ,并随 IL TT后时间的延长而增加 ,至 48小时达到高峰 ,其后下降 ,可维持一周。结论 :激光间质热治疗开放血脑屏障效果可靠 ,可用于激光间质热治疗联合化疗
OBJECTIVE: Interstitial laser thermotherapy (ILTT) is a new treatment for small aggressive brain tumors and aims to determine the effect of laser interstitial heat therapy on the blood-brain barrier. Methods: Evans blue was used as tracer in this study to observe the extent and extent of blood-brain barrier opening after laser interstitial heat treatment. Results: The content of Evans blue in the brain tissue increased immediately after laser interstitial heat treatment and increased with the extension of time after ILTT, reaching the peak at 48 hours, and then decreased for one week. Conclusions: Laser photolysis of interstitial heat has a reliable effect on blood-brain barrier and can be used in combination with laser-induced interstitial heat therapy
