本文将参数化技术和产品族表技术应用于曲柄摇杆机构急回运动的图解设计法中,提出了一种按急回运动要求设计曲柄摇杆机构的参数化图解法。将最小传动角与急回运动设计图解相结合,建立了用参数化图解法进行曲柄摇杆机构急回运动设计的几何模型。通过约束的施加、变量的定义和实例化赋值,自动获得了在不同设计参数驱动下,曲柄摇杆机构的设计方案简图。最后通过多组数据的对比分析,阐述了影响机构最小传动角变化的相关因素以及机构在何时将获得最佳传力性能。
In this paper, parametric technology and product family table technology are applied to the graphic design method of rapid response of crank-rocker mechanism. A parametric graphic method of designing crank-rocker mechanism according to the emergency back-motion is proposed. The combination of the minimum transmission angle and the emergency back-motion design is used to establish the geometric model of the emergency back-motion design of the crank-rocker mechanism with parametric graphical method. Through the application of constraints, the definition of variables and the assignment of examples, the design scheme of the crank and rocker mechanism is automatically obtained under different design parameters. Finally, through the comparative analysis of multiple sets of data, the factors affecting the minimum transmission angle of the mechanism and the mechanism will get the best transmission performance.
