目的:分析在医学影像学的教学中联合应用以团队为基础学习(team-based learning,TBL)教学法与病例为基础学习(case-based learning,CBL)教学法的效果。方法:在2015年11月份到2016年11月份期间选取我校医学影像学专业学生68名,依照教学方法差别分成联合组和传统组,各组学生34例,传统组学生采取传统方式教学,联合组则联合TBL教学法和CBL教学法进行教学,对比两组教学的效果。结果:联合组学生考试优良率与传统组相比,明显比传统组高,组间比较差异较为显著,P<0.05。结论:在医学影像学的教学中联合应用TBL教学法与CBL教学法,既可以培养学生逻辑分析的能力,又可以使得学生充分了解医学影像学的知识,值得应用。
Objective: To analyze the effect of team-based learning (TBL) pedagogy and case-based learning (CBL) pedagogy in the teaching of medical imaging. Methods: From November 2015 to November 2016, we selected 68 medical students majoring in medical imaging in our university. According to the difference of teaching methods, they were divided into the joint group and the traditional group. There were 34 students in each group. The traditional group of students adopted the traditional teaching method The group was combined TBL teaching method and CBL teaching method for teaching, compared the effect of two teaching. Results: The excellent and good rate of the students in the combined group was significantly higher than that of the traditional group, and the difference between the groups was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of TBL teaching method and CBL teaching method in the teaching of medical imaging can not only cultivate students’ ability of logical analysis, but also enable students to fully understand the medical imaging knowledge, which is worthy of application.
