据国家商务部透露,全国连锁餐饮企业尤其直营连锁快餐企业营业收入大幅增长。连锁经营改变了传统的小生产者经营,它不仅带来了规模化的效益,而且改变了人们的观念、生活模式和思维方式,使餐饮业适应了现代化的快节奏,促进了整个社会步伐的加快。自上个世纪90年代初开始,随着外资餐饮连锁企业进入中国,连锁经营方式在中国餐饮业中获得了长足发展,进入二十一世纪更是在中国的餐饮业中占据着统治地位。
According to the State Department of Commerce, the operating revenue of the nationwide chain catering enterprises, especially the direct chain fast-food enterprises, has risen sharply. Chain management has changed the traditional management of small producers, which not only brought about the benefits of large-scale, but also changed people’s concept, lifestyle and way of thinking, catering industry to adapt to the fast-paced modernization and promote the pace of the entire society accelerate. Since the early 90s of last century, with the entry of foreign-funded restaurant chains into China, the chain management has made great strides in the Chinese restaurant industry. In the 21st century, it has dominated the Chinese restaurant industry.
