采用拮抗试验和酯酶同工酶电泳技术对15个香菇菌株进行了菌种遗传特异性研究。结果表明:15个香菇菌株的谱带都在8~11条之间,酶谱稳定,可重复性高,酯酶同工酶技术可应用于香菇种群的划分研究;聚类分析结果显示,在相似水平为0.41时,15个供试菌株聚合为6类:第1类包括‘荷香1号’、‘浙江丽水808’和新宾县‘东升808’,其中引自浙江丽水的‘808’和新宾‘东升808’菌株相似系数为100%,说明其遗传背景相同,为同名同种;第2类包括丹东‘早丰8号’;第3类包括‘向阳2号’和‘辽抚4号’;第4类包括辽宁省农业科学院提供的‘937’、引自新宾东升的‘937’、‘抚香3号’、‘锦香’和‘永香1号’,其中辽宁省农业科学院提供的‘937’和引自新宾东升的‘937’菌株相似系数为100%,说明其遗传背景相同,为同名同种;第5类包括‘平泉18’、新宾二道‘早丰8号’和新宾‘永陵808-2’;第6类包括‘天成1号’,聚类分析结果与拮抗试验结果基本一致。
Antagonistic test and esterase isoenzyme electrophoresis were used to study the genetic characteristics of 15 mushroom strains. The results showed that the bands of 15 lentinula edodes ranged from 8 to 11 with stable zymogram and high repeatability. The esterase isozymes could be applied to the study of the division of the mushroom population. The second category included Dafeng ’ZF No. 8’ and the third category included ’Xiangyang No.2’ 4 "; the fourth category includes ’937’ provided by Liaoning Academy of Agricultural Sciences, ’937’ cited from Xinbin Dongsheng, ’Fuxiang No.3’, ’Jinxiang’ and ’Yongxiang No.1’, of which Liaoning Province The similarity coefficient of ’937’ provided by CAS and that of ’937’ quoted from Xinbin Dongsheng was 100%, indicating that the same genetic background was the same name and same species. The fifth category included ’Pingquan 18’ and Xinbin Erdao ’ Feng 8 ’and Xinbin’ Yongling 808-2 ’; the 6th category includes’ Tiancheng 1’, and the cluster analysis results are basically the same as those of the antagonistic test.
