作者复习了１３年来诊治的肌肉血管瘤１００例，发现海绵状血管瘤８９例，蔓状血管瘤１１例。描述了两种血管瘤Ｘ线表现特点，讨论了海绵状血管瘤和蔓状血管瘤的正确概念。提出了不同的血管瘤应选择不同的造影方法。肯定了Ｘ线检查是诊断肌肉血管瘤的主要手段，并对手术治疗帮助很大。
The authors reviewed 100 cases of muscular angiomas treated for 13 years and found that there were 89 cases of cavernous hemangiomas and 11 cases of hemangiomas. Described two X-ray features of hemangiomas and discussed the correct concept of cavernous hemangiomas and hemangiomas. Proposed different hemangiomas should choose a different method of angiography. Affirmed the X-ray examination is the main means of diagnosis of muscular hemangiomas, and great help in surgical treatment.
