我们对73名西双版纳傣族正常健康个体用第11届国际组织相容性专题讨论会的方法进行了HLA Ⅱ类基因的 PCR/SSO 分型。结果表明傣族的 HLA Ⅱ类等位基因频率分布在与中国南方人群相似以外尚有其独特性.共捡出 DRB1 等位基因20种,其中基因频率超过0.10的依次为1602、0901、1502、1401及1202,未发现01、08及1001等位基因。DRB3仅捡出0202及0301,DRB5仅捡出0101和0102。DQA1共捡出6种等位基因以0102、0101、03频率为最高。以0502为最高频率的 DQB1共捡出9种等位基因。绝大多数个体(91.8%)均具有 DPA1、0201等位基因、与目前所报道的东方人材料相一致,DPB1 0501频率最高,其次为0202、0201与1301。各位点均呈 Handy-WeinKeng 平衡.
We conducted PCR / SSO typing of HLA class II genes in 73 healthy individuals in the Dai nationality of Xishuangbanna using the method of the 11th International Symposium on Compatibility. The results showed that the frequencies of HLA class II alleles in Dai nationality were similar to those in southern China, but there were 20 unique DRB1 alleles, of which 1601,0901,1502,1401 And 1202, no 01, 08 and 1001 alleles were found. DRB3 only picks 0202 and 0301, DRB5 only picks up 0101 and 0102. DQA1 detected a total of six kinds of alleles to 0102,0101,03 frequency highest. A total of 9 alleles were detected in DQB1 with the highest frequency of 0502. The vast majority of individuals (91.8%) had the DPA1,0201 allele, consistent with the currently reported oriental material, DPB1 0501 having the highest frequency, followed by 0202,0201 and 1301. All points were Handy-WeinKeng balance.
