恶性肿瘤基因治疗的临床研究已有10余年,但疗效尚未确定。治疗策略也不下12种,但何种策略为佳尚无定论。目前采用的策略多数为单一基因治疗,鉴于肿瘤的发生可能涉及多种基因及多种因素,发病过程也是多步骤的,该研究探索多种基因及因素的配合进行实验性肿瘤的联合基因治疗研究。首先克隆一系列的治疗基因,构建不同载体及调控原件,然后进行不同基因的联合治疗作用,并与放射治疗相结合,最后还筛选新的肿瘤治疗侯选基因,旨在为临床提供更有效的肿瘤基因治疗策略和方案。
Clinical studies of gene therapy of malignant tumors for more than 10 years, but the efficacy has not yet been determined. First, we cloned a series of therapeutic genes, constructed different vectors and regulatory elements, then combined therapies of different genes and combined with radiotherapy. Finally, we also screened new tumor candidates for gene therapy to provide more effective Tumor gene therapy strategies and programs.
