“用人不疑,疑人不用”的观点,是一种传统的用人观,曾经在历史上发挥过积极的作用。这种用人观产生于“将在外,君命有所不受”的古代社会。那时信息沟通不便,将军带兵打仗,和皇上沟通一次,可能要半个月甚至更长时间,皇上没办法对将军进行实时指挥,所以只能“用人不疑,疑人不用”。但在通信发达、竞争激烈的现代经济社会,这种用人观明显已经过时了。现代企业信奉的应该是“用人也疑,疑人也用”。
