SnO_2纳米粒子作为一种新型宽禁带n型半导体材料,兼具纳米粒子和SnO_2半导体的双重优点,得到广泛应用,但仍有许多因素制约着它的进一步发展。其中,如何制备性能优异的SnO_2纳米粒子成为目前材料研究中的活跃课题之一,具有重要的科学意义。本文介绍了SnO_2纳米粒子的结构和特点,系统综述了SnO_2纳米粒子的物理和化学制备方法;同时总结了SnO_2纳米粒子应用研究进展以及在制备中遇到的团聚问题,并简述了本课题组在SnO_2纳米粒子制备应用中所做的工作。
As a new kind of wide bandgap n-type semiconductor material, SnO 2 nanoparticles have the dual advantage of both nanoparticle and SnO 2 semiconductors and are widely used, but there are still many factors that restrict its further development. Among them, how to prepare SnO 2 nanoparticles with excellent properties has become one of the most active topics in the field of materials research, which has important scientific significance. In this paper, the structure and characteristics of SnO_2 nanoparticles were introduced. The physical and chemical preparation methods of SnO_2 nanoparticles were systematically reviewed. The application of SnO_2 nanoparticles and the agglomeration problems in the preparation of SnO_2 nanoparticles were summarized. Work done in the preparation of SnO 2 nanoparticles.
