不同于过去由传统媒体掌控城市形象传播,在新媒体时代,城市形象传播发生了巨大的变化,传播的主体、途径、形式都与以往传统媒体的做法有所不同。本文主要探讨在新媒体的时代背景下,什么是城市形象?什么是城市形象传播?城市形象的传播如何依靠新媒体来展开等一系列问题,希望能够给正在进行城市形象传播的工作者以指引,帮助为城市形象传播努力的人们解决遇到的问题。
