目的:调查医学院校大学生生活意义感的现状及其在性别、年级、专业方面的差异。方法:采用生活意义感量表(PIL),分层随机抽取新乡医学院361名大学生进行测试。结果:(1)河南医学院校大学生生活意义感总体处于中等偏低水平;(2)女生生活意义感显著高于男生(t=-4.56,P<0.001);(3)高年级学生的生活意义感明显低于低年级学生(F=17.55,P<0.001);(4)非医学专业的学生生活意义感低于医学专业学生(t=-7.28,P<0.001)。结论:河南医学院校大学生生活意义感整体处于中等偏低水平,应注重在大学教育中积极引导、干预,提升医学生生活意义感。
Objective: To investigate the current situation of life sense of college students in medical colleges and their difference in gender, grade and specialty. Methods: Using the sense of living scale (PIL), 361 college students from Xinxiang Medical College were randomly selected for testing. Results: (1) The meaning of life sense of undergraduates in medical colleges in Henan Province was generally low; (2) The meaning of life sense of girls was significantly higher than that of boys (t = -4.56, P <0.001); (3) The life of seniors (4) Non-medical students had a lower sense of life than those of medical students (t = -7.28, P <0.001). Conclusion: The meaning of living sense of undergraduates in medical colleges in Henan Province is generally at a low level, and should be actively guided and intervened in college education to enhance the sense of life of medical students.
